• Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday and at least 1 week

 

5% discount on rent for bookings of 2 weeks.10% off 3 weeks.15% off 4 weeks.

 

After confirmation of the reservation by e-mail, we will send you a confirmation and all necessary information and directions.

The tenant pays a minimum of 25% deposit or full rent..Remaining rental amount must be sent no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.

For bookings less than 6 weeks before the date of arrival, full rent due to the time of booking

 

​• A deposit of 1000 SEK / EUR 100 must be deposited by the tenant on arrival at the cottage

or together with full payment

Deposit will be returned after the approval of the property by the landlord upon departure.

In case of early departure the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer.

 

​Bed linen /towels/ bathrobe and final cleaning is including.

 

​The landlord can not be responsible for personal accident or injury and loss of or damage to private property caused during their stay.

 

​• Force majeure applies to any unforeseen events such as lightning, water and electricity shutdown, strikes or extreme weather.
